Day 01: Delhi to Leh (3500m)Arrive Leh Welcome!
On arrival at Leh airport, you will be received and transferred to the hotel. Rest for day, leisure and acclimatization. Over night stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 02: MONASTRIES VISIT
A Complete day of visit to the monasteries (104 Km)
After breakfast drive to visit the Shey castlethere is a sacred copper-guilt statue of lord Buddha, about 37ft. tall it was renowned as being the only one of it’s kind in that era, not even in Tibet,Thiksey monasteryrenowned for Maitreya Buddha or future Buddha which is in a sitting position, wearing a golden crown 15 meters in height,Hemis monasterymost famous one in Ladakh built in1630, still hundreds of monks live there and has a huge monastery and host a grand museum. Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight Hotel.
Day 03: MONASTRIES AND VILLAGE VISIT(3200m)
Leh-Lamayuru- Alchi- Liker and Basgo Fort (125km/5 hours)
After breakfast drive to Lamayuru monastery and villageto visit the mesmerizing moon landscape and one of the oldest monastery in Ladakh 11th century old and famous Indian sage Naropa meditate here in a cave. After visiting Lamayuru visit Alchi monastery and village where you will be visiting the jewel of Ladakh famous for centuries old wall paintings and murals, Mandalas, early wooden architecture, life size clay Buddha statues still surviving. (UNESCO world Heritage site) drive to Liker monastery the monastery was founded in 1088 and in 1470 got larger. Drive back to Leh.
Day 04: SILK ROUTE VALLEY AND MONASTERIES(3232m)
Leh-Nubra Valley or valley of Flowers in native language (125km/5hours)
After breakfast drive to Nubra valley crossing Khardungla Pass (considered as world highest motorable road, 18,380 ft.) Arrive at Hunder in Nubra valley by afternoon. Lunch at camp resort or Hotel, then explore Hunder village and enjoy the camel safari on Bactrian (double hump) camel at sand Dunes. Overnight stay at Nubra valley.
Day 05: Nubra valley TO Leh
After breakfast visit Deskit Monastery, Built in early 15th century. Where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra valley and drive back to Leh by same route, crossing Khardungla Pass. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.
Day 06: Explore Leh Town, Leh Palace and in the evening you can stroll to the market area for shopping souvenirs at your own convenience. Overnight Hotel in Leh.
Day 07: LAKE VISIT ON BODER WITH TIBET
Leh to Pangong (4394m) 154 Km
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 4394m, through Changla Pass 5258m. Opened for tourist in year 2010 and located on the border of India with Tibet-China, the lake it self located on the actual border with 70% lake inside China (Tibet) and 30% in India (Ladakh). Overnight at Camp Pangong Lake.
Day 08: Pangong to Leh
Amazing view of the lake in morning, After Breakfast drive from Pangong Lake to Leh.
Day 09: Monastery visit and village
Visit Spituk monasterythe first Gelug-pa sect (yellow hat sect) monastery in Ladakh founded in 15th century.Drive to Stok Monastery or Palaceof royal dynasty of Ladakh had lived here after the lost of rule, 15 kilometers south of Leh. It was founded by Lama Lhawang Lotus in the 14th Century and has a notable library including all 108 volumes of the Buddha Teaching.Drive back to Leh town and sent your last days evening.
Day 10: Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to your onward destination
